New MMA instructor
We are very excited to announce that Phil will be coming on to teach the Tues. night no gi class as well as starting 9am. Gi classes on Saturday and Sundays. This is a great opportunity for all our students to train on the weekends. These classes will be the perfect compliment to John Mcdonough’s 11:00am. MMA class.
