Grapplers Quest

Combat Sports Boston showed up big time at this past weekends Grapplers Quest during the UFC fan expo. The guys combined for 10 podium visits with 4 Gold, 4 Silver, and 2 bronze medals. This is quite an impressive feat considering that our gym has only been operating for 7 months. That is just a testament to the superior coaching and instructing that the Combat Sports trainers provide for their students.

We want to congratulate each of the guys that competed and took a medal home in their respective divisions:

Mark Rowe: Gold, Heavyweight BJJ; Gold No-Gi Heavyweight; and an overall Absolute Gold in his No-Gi division.

Mark No-GI Absolute Gold

Mark Rowe BJJ Gi Gold

Pete Talieri: Gold, Featherweight BJJ

Chris Halpin: Bronze, Superweight BJJ

Jarret Leech: Silver, No-Gi Middleweight

Will Witbold: Silver, No-Gi Superweight

Will Witbold Silver

Sean Mathews: Silver, No-Gi Cruiserweight

Phil Myers: Bronze in the overall Absolute in his division

Tony Garza: Silver, No-Gi Heavyweight

We would also like to congratulate Beacon Hill Athletic Club’s  Lee Kennon for his Silver medal finish in his Lightweight No-Gi division
